      What does Assembled in USA mean?

      Korchmar is committed to US manufacturing. The products on this page are assembled and sewn in our wholly owned and operated Naples, FL factory using the minimum number of foreign components and inputs possible without sacrificing quality.

      Our leather is both sourced and tanned in the USA, and then sent to the Dominican Republic where it is colored with aniline dyes and finished with natural oils and waxes.  The leather is then cut, prepared, and returned to our Naples, FL factory where it is assembled and sewn into the final product.

      Korchmar’s goal is to introduce a new collection in Spring of 2025 that will be an unqualified Made in USA product with virtually zero foreign inputs.  This collection will be the result of over 2 years of efforts to source 100% US origin materials without compromising quality.
